Superior Sewing Machines offers a full range of support and sales for your sewing needs. 

The business was started by Paul Hughes who originally trained as a mechanic, but moved to start up Superior Sewing in 1993, working initially in the industrial sector.

He progressed into domestic sewing machines and in 1995, along with his wife Christina, he opened the Superior Sewing Centre.

The business has grown to supply many of the leading makes of quality sewing machines. 

In 2004 the Superior Sewing Centre was opened in Workington, West Cumbria.
